What do I need to have ready before we start?

Please start gathering any images and copy/information you may need to supply before we start your project. This will be required by our agreed upon start date. Any delays in the deliverables could result in a rescheduling fee.

What if I am not happy with my logo after going through our revisions?

Accepted Answer

If you are still not happy after two rounds of refinement, we will continue the process at my hourly rate. Although it is worth noting that this has yet to happen as I do my due diligence before starting a project to ensure we will be a good fit, and take the time to get to know your brand and target audience.

Can you print my stationery for me? I.e Business Cards, etc.

Yes, I can take over the printing portion of the project. I have vetted relationships with local printers and online retailers to ensure your print job is top notch. Printing is arranged on a project-to-project basis.

What's the difference between a logo and branding identity?

Accepted Answer

A logo is a recognizable symbol that represents a business.

A brand is the idea and image people have about your business. The 'brand identity' often refers to the stylistic elements in which make up a brand like the consistent use of colours, fonts, imagery style, iconography, etc.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes - I take a 40% deposit before starting any project. This deposit books you into my calendar to guarantee your project time.

Question 6

Can I get a refund on my initial deposit?

Accepted Answer

I will evaluate every situation on an individual basis, however deposits are non-refundable. When you book with me, I reserve your project's spot in my calendar and scheduling ahead of time allows me to give your project the full dedication it deserves.

As a result, I sometimes have to turn away clients for your reserved time slot to ensure the steady flow of work.
