Before we begin on your project, I send you a questionnaire that helps me write content and copy for your website. I ask that you answer with as much detail as possible to enable me to get the full picture of your business.
I welcome any submissions for specific copy requests -- it is a very collaborative effort. We finalize everything through our two rounds of revisions to ensure it's perfect.
Yes - I take a 40% deposit before starting any project. This deposit books you into my calendar to guarantee your project time.
I will evaluate every situation on an individual basis, however deposits are non-refundable.
When you book with me, I reserve your project's spot in my calendar and scheduling ahead of time allows me to give your project the full dedication it deserves.
As a result, I sometimes have to turn away clients for your reserved time slot to ensure the steady flow of work.
You must have all website imagery, text requests, team biographies, photos, etc ready before your agreed upon start date. You must also have your questionnaire completed.
A domain name is your website's name and what everyone will type to access your site, i.e www.vetoria.ca. You can purchase one through Squarespace, Wix or on a third party website like GoDaddy.
Web Hosting is where your website lives online. This is included in the Squarespace and Wix plan.
